Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Finance team in a fast-paced legal environment, the contract Billing Specialist will manage the end-to-end billing cycle, create and distribute reports, and assist with expense and travel administration, working remotely and available for candidates in AZ or the West Coast.

Key responsibilities:

• Process and manage the end-to-end billing cycle, including invoice preparation and reporting
• Create, maintain, and distribute billing and management reports using Excel and other reporting tools
• Identify discrepancies in billing activity and partner with Finance to improve accuracy and efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience in billing, accounting, finance operations, or a related field
• Strong experience with Excel and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SAP BI
• Legal industry experience required
• Experience with billing, financial, expense, or travel management systems
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
