Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Revenue and Billing function, the full-time remote Billing Specialist will manage complex invoice generation, collaborate with various business teams, and build strong customer relationships to facilitate timely payments.

Key responsibilities

• Handle preparation of complex client invoices and perform data analytics using advanced Excel functions
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Excellence, Operations, and Implementations teams to understand customer workflows and rate cards
• Build strong customer relationships to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments while documenting billing procedures and recommending best practices

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of 3PL operations and data flow between WMS and OMS
• Bachelor's degree in business or data analytics, or 5 years of relevant experience in the logistics industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Proven analytical skills for data analysis and invoice preparation
• Self-motivated and organized with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
