Billing Specialist
Job Summary
To support a legal industry client, the contract Billing Specialist will manage the end-to-end billing cycle, create and distribute reports, and collaborate with various business functions while working remotely and focusing on process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage the end-to-end billing cycle, including invoice preparation and reporting
- Create, maintain, and distribute billing and management reports using Excel, Tableau, and SAP BI
- Identify discrepancies in billing activity and partner with Finance to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in billing, accounting, finance operations, or a related field
- Strong experience with Excel and reporting tools such as Tableau or SAP BI
- Legal industry experience required
- Experience with billing, financial, expense, or travel management systems
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
