Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a telecom/SaaS client, the part-time Billing Specialist will manage the accurate processing, validation, and delivery of customer invoices and billing information while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Validate customer support and system data to ensure accurate booking and invoicing of new billing contracts within Salesforce
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain electronic checklists for billed customers
• Process customer invoices, maintain ITM files, and collaborate with the Tax Department to ensure accurate tax calculations

Required qualifications

• Experience with billing and invoicing processes, preferably in a telecom or SaaS environment
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce and third-party purchasing platforms such as Ariba and Coupa
