Job Summary

Supporting valued clients remotely, the part-time Customer Service Representative - Billing Specialist will respond to inquiries, resolve billing concerns, and maintain detailed client records while providing empathetic support.

Key responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via email and online chat to provide support and information on billing-related inquiries
• Resolve billing problems and concerns efficiently, ensuring timely closure of issues
• Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions, including inquiries and complaints

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of financial or billing experience in a service industry
• 1-2 years of client service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Understanding of basic accounting and billing principles
• Proficient with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM platforms
• Experience or interest in mental health services is a plus
