Job Summary

To support the Revenue Cycle team, the full-time Billing Specialist I will manage billing transactions, verify insurance, and ensure accurate patient records in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service-to-payment conversion processes, including denials and authorizations
• Verify insurance and eligibility for patients, updating accounts with accurate information
• Receive and post payments from clients while maintaining high customer service standards

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• No previous experience required; willingness to learn is essential
• Preferred: One year of experience in a billing office
• Preferred: Knowledge of insurance billing terminology
