Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist II - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the practice management system by entering and verifying data, managing EOBs, and processing payments
• Prepare, review, submit, and follow up on clean claims to ensure timely payments
• Provide customer service by resolving patient billing issues and managing outstanding balances

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum three years of billing experience
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and medical insurance
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
