Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the practice management system by entering and verifying data, handling carrier correspondence, and managing payments
• Prepare, review, submit, and follow up on clean claims to ensure timely payment
• Provide customer service by resolving patient billing issues and answering inquiries from patients and vendors

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum three years of billing experience
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and medical insurance
• Proficient in data entry and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
