Billing Specialist III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist III - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain practice management system by entering and verifying data, managing correspondence, and handling payments
• Prepare and follow up on clean claims submissions and investigate rejected claims
• Provide customer service by resolving patient billing issues and supporting additional billing projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of billing experience preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and medical insurance
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
