Key Responsibilities

• Maintain practice management system by entering and verifying data related to insurance and claims
• Prepare, review, submit, and follow up on clean claims to ensure timely payments
• Collect, post, and manage patient account payments while resolving billing issues

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of billing experience preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and general accounting principles
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
