Job Summary
A company is looking for a Billing Specialist Tier II in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and timely service to customers and partners, handling phone, email, and platform-based communication
- Maintain service level agreements and compliance with regulations while resolving complex billing issues
- Build relationships with agency partners and internal team members to ensure accurate and consistent communication with customers
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 years of Financial Services, Collections, or Banking experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- 1+ year of familiarity with internal system standards and processes
- Proficiency in G-Suite Tools, Salesforce, Payment Processing Systems, and Collaboration tools
