Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist Tier II in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide responsive and timely service to customers and partners, handling phone, email, and platform-based communication
  • Maintain service level agreements and compliance with regulations while resolving complex billing issues
  • Build relationships with agency partners and internal team members to ensure accurate and consistent communication with customers
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2 years of Financial Services, Collections, or Banking experience
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment
  • 1+ year of familiarity with internal system standards and processes
  • Proficiency in G-Suite Tools, Salesforce, Payment Processing Systems, and Collaboration tools
