A company is looking for a Billing Strategy Lead, Denials & Appeals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives for denials and appeals, focusing on transitioning billing operations in-house
• Act as a subject matter expert in revenue cycle and healthcare reimbursement processes
• Drive collaboration across various teams to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• 2-4 years of project or program management experience in healthcare or biotech
• At least 5 years of direct experience in revenue cycle operations and denials management
• Proven experience with vendor transitions and implementing process improvements
• Strong experience with data analysis and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, PowerBI, or Tableau preferred
