Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in insurance operations and knowledge of billing processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in resolving complex issues and negotiating beneficial outcomes
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- BA/BS degree preferred
