Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Success Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a single point of contact for Customer Success Managers, resolving queries and issues
• Provide support and training to external partners for billing education
• Analyze trends and provide recommendations for process improvement and innovation in billing operations

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance operations and knowledge of billing processes
• Demonstrated proficiency in resolving complex issues and negotiating beneficial outcomes
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• BA/BS degree preferred
