Billing Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Supervisor - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a service-focused billing team to ensure departmental standards are met
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee development while monitoring productivity and quality measures
• Ensure compliance with corporate training requirements and maintain ongoing communication with team members

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• At least 1 year of experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager
• Experience with billing systems and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work any shift between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST, including occasional overtime or weekends
