Billing Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Supervisor responsible for managing billing operations and leading a team to ensure effective revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of billing, ensuring timely and accurate professional billing
• Direct a team of billers to maximize reimbursement and support revenue cycle performance
• Resolve claim issues and maintain customer relations to enhance revenue generation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
• 5 years of healthcare experience, including 2 years in a managerial or project leadership role
• Experience with EPIC practice management system is required
• Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and coding systems, including ICD-10 and CPT
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to master new applications quickly
