Billing Supervisor

Job Summary

To oversee behavioral health billing operations, the temporary Billing Supervisor will lead a high-volume billing team in a hybrid remote role, ensuring accurate claims submission and efficient processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of billing specialists, including an offshore team
• Oversee high-volume billing operations and ensure accuracy of submitted claims
• Develop and improve billing procedures while maintaining regulatory compliance

Required qualifications

• 6-8+ years of billing experience with significant team leadership/supervisory experience
• Strong experience in a high-volume billing environment
• Hands-on experience with both UB-04 and CMS-1500 claims
• Experience leading or managing offshore billing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
