Job Summary
Leading a dynamic team, the full-time remote Billing Support Operations Manager will drive change management, enhance operational efficiency, and improve collaboration across various departments while turning billing data into actionable insights for leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize billing support operations, ensuring alignment with FinOps, EPD, Enablement, and BPO partners
- Analyze operational and billing data to create performance narratives and recommendations for leadership
- Develop scalable workflows and performance metrics to enhance operational rigor and efficiency
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing support experience, including expertise in revenue cycle management and insurance claims
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a billing support or healthcare operations environment
- Proficiency in process mapping, defining performance metrics, and building workflows to improve efficiency
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Sheets or Excel and the ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate complex, ambiguous situations
