Key Responsibilities:

Answer billing and accounts receivable related questions for MatrixCare's Home Health and Hospice solution
Diagnose and resolve customer billing and accounts receivable issues
Document customer issues and solutions for a knowledge base

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, healthcare technology, or a related field preferred
Home health or hospice billing and accounts receivable experience required
Strong Desktop and Internet skills
Experience solving billing and accounts receivable problems on home health & hospice software
Experience with MatrixCare software preferred
