Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by Clients and Therapists via Phone and Live Chat
  • Assist and educate customers on the platform, providing excellent customer service
  • Identify opportunities for continued customer growth and work with Product teams to improve the platform

Required Qualifications:
  • One year of experience with insurance across multiple commercial & government payers
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT codes, preferably in mental health
  • Experience working within Claim MD or Availity verifying benefits, reading EOB's, and explaining benefits to patients
  • Experience working within various payer portals
  • Comfortable meeting quantitative metrics and working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
