Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve billing concerns by collaborating with patients, insurance providers, and internal teams

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in medical billing, healthcare billing support, or revenue cycle operations
- Hands-on experience in a queue-based or ticket-based omnichannel support role
- Experience in independently resolving complex support issues with clear documentation
- Proven ability to communicate with cross-functional partners and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities
