Job Summary

Supporting customers with billing and payment inquiries, the full-time remote Billing Support Specialist will manage account balances, assist customer-facing teams with invoicing, and collaborate with finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers in resolving billing and payment inquiries, including receipts, credit notes, and invoices
  • Assist customer-facing teams with invoicing, subscriptions, and payment management topics
  • Maintain accurate customer account balances and build professional relationships to deliver a world-class billing support experience
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; French and German are a plus
  • 1+ year of experience in a B2B SaaS customer support role or transferable relevant experience
  • Experience with ticketing tools and support systems
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand and explain billing-related concepts
  • Ability to multitask across different platforms and communication channels in a remote environment
