Job Summary
Supporting customers with billing and payment inquiries, the full-time remote Billing Support Specialist will manage account balances, assist customer-facing teams with invoicing, and collaborate with finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers in resolving billing and payment inquiries, including receipts, credit notes, and invoices
- Assist customer-facing teams with invoicing, subscriptions, and payment management topics
- Maintain accurate customer account balances and build professional relationships to deliver a world-class billing support experience
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French and German are a plus
- 1+ year of experience in a B2B SaaS customer support role or transferable relevant experience
- Experience with ticketing tools and support systems
- Strong technical aptitude to understand and explain billing-related concepts
- Ability to multitask across different platforms and communication channels in a remote environment
