Job Summary

A technology startup is seeking a Billing Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and address customer inquiries related to billing, payment processing, and invoices
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Evaluate and improve billing processes, identifying areas for optimization and automation
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of work experience in customer support, billing, finance, or accounts receivable
  • Experience with pay-as-you-go monthly billing models
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
  • Proficiency in using billing software and financial systems; experience with cloud-based billing systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
