Job Summary
A technology startup is seeking a Billing Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and address customer inquiries related to billing, payment processing, and invoices
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Evaluate and improve billing processes, identifying areas for optimization and automation
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience in customer support, billing, finance, or accounts receivable
- Experience with pay-as-you-go monthly billing models
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
- Proficiency in using billing software and financial systems; experience with cloud-based billing systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
