Billing System Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing System Configuration Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a source of knowledge for revenue cycle functions
• Facilitate and manage the full life cycle of the claim process
• Work with IT to oversee system administration for database application, testing, user administration, security access, and end-user training

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in medical billing and insurance collections
• Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, and Excel
• At least 3 years of experience with Prior Authorization requirements, payer utilization management policies, and Appeals
• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field of study or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, modifier selection, and UB revenue codes
