Billing Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Rebuilding billing systems, the full-time remote Billing Systems Engineer will own the end-to-end overhaul of the billing system, design integrations for accurate metered billing, and partner with Finance and RevOps to ensure data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end billing system overhaul including CPQ configuration and ERP sync
• Design and build integrations that connect product usage events to the billing platform
• Establish change control and deployment practices for billing-critical systems

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience building integrations across CPQ and billing platforms
• Familiarity with quote-to-cash workflows and their common pitfalls
• Strong change management discipline with a focus on safe deployments and audit trails
• Experience with usage-based, consumption, or event-driven billing models
• Technical capability to build and maintain integrations while collaborating with Finance and RevOps stakeholders
