Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a call center environment
- Experience in a subscription-based or telecommunications environment
- Strong analytical and change management skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Stripe, and Five9
- Certified or trained in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
