Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a call center environment
  • Experience in a subscription-based or telecommunications environment
  • Strong analytical and change management skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Stripe, and Five9
  • Certified or trained in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
