Billing Technical Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Technical Analyst I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of billing processes to ensure timely and accurate customer billing
• Perform user acceptance testing of billing functionality for system releases and document results
• Investigate and resolve billing system discrepancies and collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent required
• 1 to 3 years of accounting or business analytics work experience required
• Proficient with SQL preferred
• Strong understanding of billing workflows and ability to write clear documentation
• Advanced skills in Excel and Word, including Power Query and Index Match preferred
