Billing Technical Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Technical Supervisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the technical operations of the Billing department to ensure accurate and efficient processing of billing activities
• Evaluate and implement business requirements to enhance accounting processes and billing systems
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for billing system releases and upgrades, ensuring compliance with timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in billing systems or accounting
• 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with Duck Creek Technologies insurance system, particularly in the Billing module, is preferred
