Billing Technical Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Technical Supervisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise technical operations of the Billing department to ensure accurate and efficient processing of billing activities
• Evaluate and implement business requirements to enhance accounting processes and billing systems
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades and facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve system issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of relevant Billing system or accounting technical experience
• 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Duck Creek Technologies insurance system experience with an emphasis in Billing module preferred
