• Research and analyze federal, state, and payer coding and billing requirements
• Mentor and provide guidance to Tech I team members, contributing to a supportive team culture

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2+ years of billing experience
• Expertise with clearinghouses, healthcare portals, and revenue cycle workflows
• Proficiency in ICD-10 and CPT coding
• Experience with NextGen EPM/EDR or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills
