BIM Associate Director
Job Summary
As a key leader in advancing BIM standards and digital delivery practices, the full-time Associate Director, BIM will implement digital initiatives and align workflows with project goals while working remotely from any location in the US.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of BIM standards and digital workflows across project teams
- Serve as a client-facing representative, collaborating with project teams to ensure alignment of digital deliverables with client expectations
- Support the development of training programs and initiatives to enhance BIM capabilities within the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience in developing and implementing digital strategies and workflows for fully-integrated projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows
- Experience leading BIM standards and participating in client-facing meetings
- Familiarity with automation tools (Dynamo, scripting) and coordination platforms like Navisworks
