BIM Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to support various design initiatives in a part-time, remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM workflows to ensure project alignment with industry standards
• Facilitate integration between architectural, structural, and MEP models, resolving conflicts for project accuracy
• Conduct regular model audits to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role in the AEC industry
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination techniques
