BIM Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing Revit and BIM support services for the Design Services team, the full-time BIM Coordinator will manage project setup, enforce Revit standards, conduct quality control, and collaborate with Engineers and System Designers in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining Revit/BIM standards and processes
• Set up projects with appropriate templates and file structures while ensuring adherence to BIM standards
• Collaborate with team members on projects and provide technical orientation and training for new hires

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of Revit experience in a professional environment; experience in system design or security technology preferred
• Associate degree, Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Electrical Design, or relevant work experience
• Familiarity with Revit template creation, family management, and shared parameters preferred
• Knowledge of physical security/ICT/electrical systems such as access control and surveillance preferred
• Excellent technical skills in Revit, BIM360, Bluebeam, Dynamo, Navisworks, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD
