BIM Coordinator
Job Summary
To support multidisciplinary project teams, the remote BIM Coordinator will oversee model coordination, resolve design conflicts, and ensure compliance with BIM standards throughout a 6-month contract engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and integrate BIM models across multiple disciplines to enhance project delivery and design accuracy
- Lead clash detection efforts and collaborate with project teams to resolve coordination conflicts
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, providing updates on model progress and outstanding issues
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of BIM coordination, VDC, or multidisciplinary design experience
- Strong proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud/Autodesk Platform services
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM information management best practices
- Experience supporting industrial, pharmaceutical, mission-critical, or manufacturing projects preferred
