BIM Detailer - Plumbing

Job Summary

Utilizing advanced software to create detailed mechanical system drawings, the full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing will generate and manage mechanical pipe models, collaborate with design teams, and ensure project specifications are met, with the option for remote work for qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Generate mechanical pipe models based on project specifications and design drawings
• Incorporate updates to drawings and models as projects progress, managing changes and submittals
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve design-related construction issues

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping or 5+ years of BIM experience using Revit and CAD software
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Availability to work assigned schedules
