BIM Detailer - Plumbing

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing will utilize CAD and various software to model, coordinate, and prepare detailed drawings for mechanical systems, with the potential for fully remote work for the right experienced candidate.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate mechanical pipe models based on project specifications and design drawings
• Incorporate updates to drawings and models as projects progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with design and build teams to identify and resolve construction errors related to design flaws

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping and process pipe trade or 5+ years of BIM experience with Revit, CAD MEP, and Navisworks Manage
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision while following written and oral instructions
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Availability to work assigned schedules
