BIM Detailer - Plumbing

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing will utilize CAD software to model, coordinate, and prepare detailed drawings for mechanical systems, with the potential for remote work for qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate mechanical pipe models based on project specifications, design drawings, and control diagrams
• Incorporate updates to drawings and models as projects progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with the design and build team to identify and resolve construction errors stemming from design flaws

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping and process pipe trade or 5+ years of BIM experience using Revit, Fabrication of CAD MEP, and Navisworks Manage
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong adherence to company policies and procedures
• Willingness to follow written and oral instructions
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
