BIM Detailer - Plumbing

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing will utilize CAD and various software to model, coordinate, and prepare detailed drawings for mechanical systems, with the potential for fully remote work for qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate mechanical pipe models based on project specifications, design drawings, and control diagrams
• Incorporate updates to drawings and models as projects progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications
• Collaborate with design and build teams to identify and resolve construction errors due to design flaws

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping and process pipe trade, or 5+ years of BIM experience using Revit and CAD MEP
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision while following written and oral instructions
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Availability to work assigned schedules
