BIM Detailer - Plumbing

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing will utilize CAD and various software to model, coordinate, and prepare detailed drawings for mechanical systems, with the potential for fully remote work for the right experienced candidate.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate mechanical pipe models using project specifications and design drawings
• Incorporate updates to drawings, models, and specifications as projects progress
• Collaborate with the build and design team to address and eliminate construction errors

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping and process pipe trade or 5+ years of BIM experience using Revit and Navisworks Manage
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Availability to work assigned schedules
