BIM Detailer - Plumbing

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing who will utilize CAD and various software to model, coordinate, and prepare detailed drawings for mechanical systems, with the potential for fully remote work for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate mechanical pipe models based on project specifications and design drawings
• Incorporate updates to drawings and models as projects progress, collaborating with design teams to eliminate construction errors
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while generating spools and installation drawings

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping and process pipe trade, or 5+ years of BIM experience using Revit and Navisworks Manage
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision while following instructions
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential
• Must adhere to company policies and procedures
• Availability to work assigned schedules is required
