BIM Detailer - Plumbing

Job Summary

Responsible for utilizing CAD and various software to model and prepare detailed drawings for mechanical systems, the full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing will work remotely for the right candidate while generating mechanical pipe models, managing drawing updates, and collaborating with design teams to eliminate construction errors.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate mechanical pipe models based on project specifications and design drawings
• Incorporate updates to drawings and models as the project progresses
• Collaborate with the build and design team to identify and resolve design flaws

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in the mechanical piping trade or 5+ years of BIM experience with Revit and CAD MEP
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with managing project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
