BIM Detailer - Plumbing

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing will utilize CAD and various software to model and prepare detailed drawings for mechanical systems, with the potential for fully remote work for qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate mechanical pipe models based on project specifications and design drawings
• Manage updates to drawings and models as projects progress, collaborating with the design team to prevent construction errors
• Produce spools, prefabrication drawings, and control documentation while communicating project-specific information for RFIs

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping and process pipe trade or 5+ years of BIM experience with Revit, CAD MEP, and Navisworks Manage
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision while following instructions and demonstrating problem-solving skills
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Availability to work assigned schedules
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
