BIM Detailer - Plumbing

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing will utilize CAD and various software to model and prepare detailed drawings for mechanical systems, with the potential for fully remote work for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate mechanical pipe models based on project specifications and design drawings
• Incorporate updates to drawings, models, and specifications as the project progresses
• Collaborate with the design team to identify and resolve construction errors due to design flaws

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping and process pipe trade or 5+ years of BIM experience using Revit, Fabrication of CAD MEP, and Navisworks Manage
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Availability to work assigned schedules
