BIM Detailer - Plumbing

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing, this position offers the opportunity for fully remote work for qualified candidates, focusing on generating mechanical pipe models and coordinating detailed drawings for mechanical systems using CAD and various software.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate mechanical pipe models based on project specifications and design drawings
• Manage updates to drawings, models, and specifications throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with the design and build team to resolve construction errors and issues

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping and process pipe trade, or 5+ years of BIM experience with Revit, CAD MEP, and Navisworks Manage
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Strong adherence to company policies and procedures
• Availability to work assigned schedules
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
