BIM Detailer - Plumbing

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing will utilize CAD and various software to model, coordinate, and prepare detailed drawings for mechanical systems, with the option for fully remote work for the right experienced candidate.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate mechanical pipe models based on project specifications and design drawings
• Incorporate updates to drawings and models as projects progress while collaborating with the design team to eliminate construction errors
• Manage multiple projects and generate documentation for prefabrication and site installation

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping or 5+ years of BIM experience using Revit, CAD MEP, and Navisworks Manage
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Prior military experience is a plus
