BIM Detailer - Plumbing

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing will utilize CAD and various software to model, coordinate, and prepare detailed drawings for mechanical systems, with the potential for fully remote work for qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate mechanical pipe models based on project specifications and design drawings
• Manage updates to drawings, models, and specifications throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with design and build teams to resolve construction errors and generate RFI information

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping and process pipe trade, or 5+ years of BIM experience using Revit and related software
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision while following instructions
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential
• Adherence to company policies and procedures is required
• Availability to work assigned schedules and occasional site visits
