BIM Detailer - Plumbing and Piping

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing & Piping who will utilize CAD and various software to model, coordinate, and prepare detailed drawings for mechanical systems, with the potential for fully remote work for the right experienced candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Generate mechanical pipe models based on project specifications, design drawings, and control diagrams
• Incorporate updates to drawings and models as the project progresses, collaborating with the build and design team to eliminate construction errors
• Manage spools, prefabrication drawings, and control documentation while communicating information for RFIs specific to projects

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping and process pipe trade or 5+ years of BIM experience using Revit and CAD MEP
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision while following written and oral instructions
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Availability to work assigned schedules
