BIM Detailer - Plumbing & Piping

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing & Piping will utilize CAD and various software to model, coordinate, and prepare detailed drawings for mechanical systems, with the potential for fully remote work for qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Generate mechanical pipe models based on project specifications and design drawings
• Incorporate updates to drawings and models as projects progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with the build and design team to identify and resolve construction errors due to design flaws

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping and process pipe trade or 5+ years of BIM experience using Revit and related software
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in following written and oral instructions with attention to detail
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Availability to work assigned schedules
