BIM Detailer - Plumbing & Piping

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing & Piping will utilize CAD and various software to model, coordinate, and prepare detailed drawings for mechanical systems, with the potential for fully remote work for the right experienced candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Generate mechanical pipe models using project specifications, design drawings, and modeling software
• Incorporate and manage updates to drawings, models, and specifications throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with the build and design team to identify and resolve construction errors due to design flaws

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the mechanical piping and process pipe trade or 5+ years of BIM experience using Revit and related software
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Must adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Availability to work assigned schedules
