BIM Detailer - Plumbing & Piping

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing & Piping, this position offers the potential for fully remote work for the right experienced candidate and is responsible for generating mechanical pipe models, managing project updates, and collaborating with design teams to ensure accuracy in mechanical systems drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Generate mechanical pipe models using project specifications and various software tools
• Incorporate updates to drawings and models as projects progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve design flaws to prevent construction errors

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping or 5+ years of BIM experience using Revit and related software
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Availability to work assigned schedules
