BIM Detailer - Virginia Licensed

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time BIM Detailer - Virginia Licensed will utilize CAD and various software to model, coordinate, and prepare detailed drawings for plumbing and piping mechanical systems, with the potential for fully remote work for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate mechanical pipe models based on project specifications, design drawings, and control diagrams
• Incorporate updates to drawings, models, and specifications as projects progress, collaborating with the design team to minimize construction errors
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, generating spools and drawings for prefabrication and installation

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping and process pipe trade or 5+ years of BIM experience using Revit and CAD MEP
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision while following instructions and demonstrating problem-solving skills
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Availability to work assigned schedules
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
